Step 1: Login to Closeout.

Step 2: You should be dropped into your Projects tab view. Click on “Dashboard” on the left-hand navigation to access your Dashboard.

Step 3: You can generate an eBinder from two different locations. From your Dashboard, and from your Submittals area. They will both be located in the upper right corner of your screen.

Step 4: Once you click on "Generate Turnover Package" you will need to select which documents you would like to include in this package. You can tell which ones have documents by the number next to each submittal. You can select individual submittals by their corresponding checkboxes, or select all with the uppermost checkbox.

Step 5: After selecting the submittals you'd like to include, you will need to choose a layout. We have several layouts created, or you can always create your own layout as well with "Customize your Template" in the lower left.

Step 6:  After choosing your template, you will go into creating and customizing your folder structure. You can drag and drop folders, add new folders, create new structures and add new documents. It's all here for you!

Step 7: Once satisfied with your structure and layout, you will finally need to customize your cover page. You can upload images, change cover page, fonts, colors, etc. Make it how you want it!

Step 8: Once finished with any changes, you will click on "Download Turnover Package". This will generate your eBinder for you. You will receive an email that will allow you to access and download your Turnover Package once it has been created by out eBinder system.

Step 9: Once you receive your email that your Turnover Package has been generated, you will need to login to the Closeout Platform and click on "Generate Turnover Package from Step 3 above.

Step 10: You will then be presented with a menu that asks you to "Generate Turnover Package" or, "Download Turnover Package." You'll click on "Download Turnover Package" and you should see the file in your downloads!
