Step 1: Log in to your Closeout account.

Step 2: Once logged in, you will be directed to the Projects tab view. Search for the project you want to work in using the Search Projects box on the right-hand side of the page. Once you find the right project, select it. You will be directed to the Dashboard. Another way to get to the Dashboard is by selecting the Dashboard tab on the left side of the screen, and then selecting the project you want to work in from the list of projects you have.

Step 3: To access an eBinder, select the Turnover Package tab on the left side of the screen, located below the Reports tab. Once in the Turnover Package section, you will find previously created eBinders on the left side of the page.

Step 4: Go to the bottom right-hand side of the page, and select Download Turnover Package to save it onto your computer.
