If you would like to share a project with others, you can do so directly from the Projects page or the Smart Register. Just remember that in doing so, the people the project is shared with will have the same ability to edit and modify the project as you do.

In order to share the project from the Projects page, please use the following directions:

Step 1: Locate or search for the project you would like to share. Once the project has been located, hover your mouse over the project tile and click on the "Share" icon.

Step 2:  Enter the email address or addresses of the team member(s) with whom you would like to share the project with and click the "Done" button.

Step 3: After the project is successfully shared, the team members it is shared with will receive and email notification with instructions on accessing the project. You can always check on and remove people from a project by clicking on the "Share" icon again. This screen will show the users who have access to the project and they can be removed by clicking the red "Trashcan" icon next to their name.

In order to share the project from the Smart Register page, please use the following directions:

Step 1: Navigate to the Smart Register for the project by selecting the "Smart Register" button either on the left-hand ribbon or directly on the project tile. These buttons are highlighted below.

Step 2: Once in the Smart Register, click on the "Share" icon located on the top ribbon menu.

Step 3: Enter the email address or addresses of the team member(s) with whom you would like to share the project with and click the "Done" button.

Step 4: After the project is successfully shared, the team members it is shared with will receive and email notification with instructions on accessing the project. You can always check on and remove people from a project by clicking on the "Share" icon again. This screen will show the users who have access to the project and they can be removed by clicking the red "Trashcan" icon next to their name.
