If the architect issues an updated set of the drawings, you can generate a submittal log from the updated drawings using the "Rerun Plans" tool. To do this please navigate to the Smart Register and select the "Actions" button from the top ribbon. When the "Actions" menu appears, select the "Rerun Plans" button.

After selecting "Rerun Plans," you can then select how to upload the updated set of drawings into SmartPlans. The choices are directly from your computer, Bluebeam Studio Prime, or from Procore.

After the drawings have been uploaded, the next step is to start the submittal generation process. To do this, click on the "Submit" button and the software will start scanning the drawing documents and generating a submittal log. Depending on the size of the drawings uploaded for the project, this process can take an extended period of time. Please do not close the browser window in SmartPlans as this process is running. Once SmartPlans has completed scanning the drawings and generating a submittal log, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
