In the PlanView module, you can review exactly where on each drawing sheet SmartPlans identified a submittal, product schedule, or equipment schedule. To do this, make sure the toolbar on the right-hand side is fully expanded by clicking on the button highlighted below.

The next step is to select a drawing sheet from the toolbar on the left-hand side. Once a sheet is selected, the toolbar on the right-hand side will display the submittals, AI recommended submittals, product schedules, and equipment schedules located on that sheet.

If you would like to view a specific submittal found on the selected drawing sheet, select it from the list on the right-hand side. When you select a submittal, PlanView will snap directly to that specific submittal on the drawing sheet. You can also edit, copy, and delete a submittal from this view.

To view the available schedules found in the drawing set, select the tab highlighted below.

Doing this will present you with a list of all schedules that were located with the drawing set. To view a specific schedule directly on the drawing sheet, select the schedule from the list.
