In order to start adding, deleting, editing, or copying submittals in the PlanView module, please expand the submittal viewer on the right-hand side.

If you would like to manually add a submittal to the log for the project, click the add button highlighted below.

When the "Add Submittal" dialog box opens, you will need to fill out the "Spec Name/Title," "Submittal Type," and "Submittal Description" fields. Once complete, click on the "Save" button to save the submittal to the log.

To delete a submittal, click on the red trashcan button highlighted in the screenshot below.

If you would like to edit a submittal, click on the pencil-shaped button on the submittal that requires editing.

After editing the information in the available fields (Spec Name/Title, Spec Section, Sub Section, Submittal Type, Submittal Summary, & Submittal Description), make sure to click the "Save" button.

If you would like to make a copy of a submittal, click on the "Copy" button highlighted below.

After making a copy, you can click the "Edit" button on the newly created submittal in order to update the information contained in it.
