Step 1: Navigate to the Emails page, then choose Manage Notifications.
Step 2: Select Manage Attachments for the email schedule you would like to manage. For this example, we'll be taking a look at the Closeout Kickoff Notice.
Step 3: This pop-up shows you all current attachments to the selected email schedule. By default, the Project Closeout Notice is included with the Closeout Kickoff Notice email. Select the cloud icon to download this attachment to your computer. Select the trash icon to delete it.
Step 4: Click the green button to upload a new attachment from your computer.
Step 5: After choosing a file, you will see its name listed. Now select Upload.
Your file is now attached to the email schedule! Keep in mind that since the schedules are separate, so are their files. If you would like the same file included in each email, you will have to upload it to each schedule.
