Step 1: Navigate to the Emails page, then choose Send Notifications.
Step 2: Select Send Subcontractor Notifications.
Step 3: Using the filters on the left, indicate what submittal status you would like to send a notification for, and to which companies. Closeout's emails are sent based on the status of a submittal, and these notifications will use the same email template as the scheduled notifications.
Step 4: Choose which companies to send your notification to by checking the box next to their name. You can also Select All at the top. If you see there are no contacts available for a company, you can select Manage Recipients or add a new contact for this company from the Directory page.
Step 5: When you are ready to send, select Send Email from the bottom right.
