SmartPlans provides you with the ability to export the submittal log directly to the Submittals module in Procore. To do this, navigate to the Smart Register and select the "Export" button located on the top right-hand side.

The next step is to select "Procore" from the list of available export formats.

When the Procore export dialogue box appears, select "Send directly to Procore (Procore Integration)" and click the "Submit" button.

After clicking "Submit," you will be prompted to login to Procore.

After logging into Procore, you will be brought back to SmartPlans. From here you need to select the Company, Project Name, Submittal Manager, and Submittal Status for the submittals that you would like to send over to Procore.

You can also filter which submittals will end up in Procore by a few different criteria. The submittals to be exported can be filtered by a few different criteria, including submittal type, CSI division, spec section, and a few others.

After filtering the submittals, click on the "Convert to Procore Format" button located on the lower left-hand side.

After converting the submittals to the Procore format, please verify that the submittals listed are the ones you would like sent to Procore. Here you can check to see if a submittal already exists in Procore by looking at the "Export Status" column. Once you complete this final check, click on the "Export to Procore" button located in the bottom right-hand corner. This will start the export process and push the submittals directly to Procore.
